Lengthen, strengthen, and stretch out your tight muscles while gaining flexibility, focus, and a better understanding of your body through this practice. This slow vinyasa flow, coupled with extended holding poses, will focus on the muscles that take a beating each time you pound the pavement: quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors, IT band, and that pesky piriformis.
