Fleet Feet Distance Project offers a complete menu of training programs for athletes of all abilities and all aspirations. Whether you want to qualify for the Boston Marathon or run your way to a healthier life, we've got a program just for you.
All Fleet Feet Distance Project programs include:
- Complete 10 – 16 week training program (length of program varies depending on race distance)
- Coached training sessions
- Educational clinics
- Convenient training locations in Albany and Malta areas
- Optional weight training with certified trainer
