No Boundaries

Twice a year, Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance offer the No Boundaries 5k Training Program. No Boundaries focuses on beginners, and the program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5k race in three months. Along the way we'll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training sessions, and educational clinics on topics such as choosing the right gear, proper running form, avoiding injury, and good nutrition. The best part is the camaraderie of lots of friends getting fit together.

Fleet Feet Distance Project

Fleet Feet Distance Project (FFDP) offers a full menu of training programs for runners with some experience ready to improve their race times or tackle a new distance challenge.

The Faster/Farther program, sponsored by Saucony, is designed for runners training toward a goal race of 5K, 10K, or 15K. If you’re looking for great individualized coaching and positive camaraderie to help you realize that elusive PR or compete at a longer distance, Fleet Feet Sports and Saucony will get you there.

Our Marathon/Half Marathon program is sponsored by adidas and incorporates boston365. Whether you’re ready to train for and qualify for your first Boston, or you are a runner who has already qualified and is looking for a group to push you, boston 365 can prepare you for the rigors of the world’s oldest city marathon.
