Products

EnduroxR4 is a recovery product known for its 4:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio. Carbohydrates are key nutrients for muscle recovery. For fitness-oriented individuals, it is recommended that 60-70% of calories consumed come from carbohydrates (Darden 2004). The usual recommendation for protein intake is 0.36 grams per pound.
Unlike its competitors, Endurox R4 contains 420 mg. of L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is one of the 20 essential amino acids and plays a major role in protein synthesis. Another essential nutrient contained in Endurox R4 is a high percentage of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the cell membrane and helps synthesize the lipid as an energy source. With 1,330% vitamin E there is a more efficient synthesis of protein and lipid soluble nutrients. All of these nutrients work to make recovery a faster, more efficient process (Herrera, et. al. 2001)
